  • STAFF SHOULD ONLY WEAR BLACK TO CLIENT, WE DO NOT ALLOW FANCY COLOURS OR REVEALING OUTFIT.
  • STAFF SHOULD  ONLY ACCEPT BOOKINGS NOT MORE THAN 20 MILES SO SHE CAN ARRIVE ON TIME.
  • STAFF MUST ARRIVE ON TIME FOR AN APPOINTMENT.
  • STAFF WILL ONLY BE APPROVED AFTER ADDRESS IS CONFIRMED AND PICTURE/PORTFOLIO IS CHECKED TO MEET OUR STANDARD.
  • STAFF SHOULD ONLY GO TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED MY CLIENT,  AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
  • STAFF IS NOT INSURED IF YOU GO TO OTHER ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE ONE ON THE BOOKING INFORMATION.
  • STAFF CAN ONLY COMMUNICATE  WITH CLIENT VIA ADMIN TO AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDING.
  • STAFF MUST NOT INVADE CLIENT PRIVACY DURING APPOINTMENT.
  • STAFF SHOULD RATE CLIENT  AFTER SERVICE FOR TRAINING AND QUALITY PURPOSES.
  • STAFF SHOULD CONTACT ADMIN IF THERE IS ANY MISUNDERSTANDING OR COMPLAIN DURING /AFTER APPOINTMENT.

CLIENT

PAYMENT IS PAID ONLINE AND IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING  TO AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDING FROM BOTH PARTIES.

    • CLIENT SHOULD ENTER CORRECT ADDRESSES, EMAIL, CONTACT DETAILS AT THE TIME OF REGISTERING OR BOOKING.
    • CLIENT SHOULD LEAVE A NOTE, PICTURE, COLOUR FOR STAFF TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDING.
    •  CLIENT SHOULD BE READY FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT WHEN STAFF ARRIVES .
    • CLIENT SHOULD NOT WASTE STAFF TIME BECAUSE, THIS WILL AFFECT OTHER STAFF SCHEDULED JOBS.
    • CLIENT SHOULD MAKE SURE THEIR PERSONAL AND VALUABLE BELONGINGS ARE KEPT IN A SAFE PLACE BEFORE  STAFF ARRIVES, OUR INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER LOST OF PROPERTY.
    • CLIENT SHOULD WELCOME AND TREAT STAFF WITH RESPECT, ALSO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE STAFF DURING APPOINTMENT.
    • CLIENT SHOULD RATE STAFF AFTER SERVICE FOR TRAINING AND QUALITY PURPOSES .
    • SHOULD INCASE CLIENT IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, CLIENT SHOULD NOT ARGUE WITH STAFF, CLIENT SHOULD PLEASE CONTACT ADMIN .
    • CLIENT CAN   CONTACT ADMIN, ON TOP RIGHT HAND SIDE OF BOOKING PAGE; AFTER THEY LOG INTO THEIR DASHBOARD.
