We at MOBILE AFRO HAIRDRESSERS AND BEAUTY pride in our high levels of customer satisfaction. We maintain a very high level of quality control whilst ensuring that our customers receive nothing short of quality service. All our staff are qualified, professional and efficient.
As part of our quality assurance measures, every staff is thoroughly inspected before approval in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers.
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, however we can schedule a redo service subject to the terms and conditions below:
1.SERVICES : All services offered on this website are home services only, Our qualified staff who is located less than 20miles from you; will come to your location. All appointment can only be booked online, We do not offer telephone bookings.
2.PAYMENT: We accept credit card, debit card and paypal. Payment for services are 100% in advance. All Payments are final we do not accept refund.
3.CANCELLATION: Payments are not refundable when you cancel. Slots can be rescheduled if you notify us at least 1 week in advance.
4.CANCELLATION MY US: When we can not render service, we will notify you in advance and your payment will be refunded in full.
6.PICTURES: We do ask for your permission for use of your picture for marketing and training purposes only. Pictures may be featured on our social media and website.
7.TIME WASTAGE: Our time starts counting when we arrive at your location, we will charge for any additional time spent with you due to you not being ready on our arrival.
8.CONFIRMATION: Please check your inbox/spam mail for confirmation mail after booking appointment. Also few hours after booking, appointment status will change from pending to approve by staff. Approve status means staff have seen your booking and your booking is confirmed.
9.HAIR PREPARATION FOR BRAIDING: We prefer to cut, comb and brush and prepare hair before the day to save time hence why some prices may include extensions.
10.BREAK: For 3 to 4 hrs hair appointments, Staff may take 15mins break or 15mins every 4hours.
11.REFUND: WE do not offer refunds for hair service/makeup. However, we can reschedule for it to be redone should in case you are not satisfied with the outcome. Although part payment can to be refunded where applicable .
12. CASH: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS.
